Target audience should steer clear
The location was pretty good since it was close to everything and they did have a staff that checked on me each day to see if I needed anything which was nice honestly
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but I still thought there had to be better choices out there

I enjoyed the easy access to local events. The parking lot provided a good view of the concert stage during my stay. Being from New York, I appreciated that it was all within walking distance.
The room I received was far from ideal with no outside windows and a dark atmosphere. The cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better.

I had a great time with my friends at this hotel! The location was perfect for heading to the Riverfront Park and checking out the nearby attractions. We loved the comfortable beds after a long day exploring. Definitely a good budget option for fun trips with friends!
However, the breakfast was quite limited, lacking variety and options.

The location right next to the Susquehanna River felt perfect for exploring local parks and scenic walks. I was able to grab a nice view while relaxing outside, which added to the atmosphere. The breakfast attendant really stood out as he continually refilled food and helped keep things tidy, making the morning smoother. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I noticed some dirty patches on the carpets and the bathroom showed black mold in places. The noise from nearby rooms also disrupted my sleep at times. Staff members seemed well-meaning but were overwhelmed, which occasionally reflected in the service. The overall facility looked like it needed maintenance, especially with appliances that weren't functioning properly. Overall, the immediate area is lovely, but the room conditions definitely need a serious upgrade.

Family friendly but pricey
Their breakfast bar was a game changer with that waffle maker and multiple batter options. The staff, they actually took time to chat and made us feel at home, pretty rare these days.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still good enough.

Good for concert-goers
The room had air conditioning and a microwave, which was handy. The parking lot was super visible and had a view of the concert stage, making it convenient for events. They offered a basic breakfast with waffles and yogurt, a nice start to the day.

I had a lovely stay where I enjoyed the great river view and the cozy Queen Room. The hotel offered nice spots to relax by the pool and a small gym for working out. However, the hallway could use some sprucing up, but that didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

Great Location with River Views!
We enjoyed a pleasant stay with stunning river views! The convenient location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants. Just a few steps to the riverfront walking paths provided a lovely morning stroll. FYI, checking for staff availability beforehand can save you some wait time. Would return!

Lovely views and a charming location near the river. My room was super clean, so much so that I applaud the effort in keeping this place tidy!
The hallway was darker than my mood after realizing I’d need to aim for the light switch just to find my room!

Comfortable stay with a twist
The staff was friendly, and our room had a charming view of the river. We enjoyed quiet nights despite the bustling area. Perfect for the weekend getaway.
The breakfast options were disappointingly limited. The parking fee was an added nuisance, making the experience a bit less appealing overall.

It was just a commendable fit for a day tour in Harrisburg with very good value for money. The bedding was nice, but that's where it ended. Be prepared to bring your own towels.

The grilled Teppanyaki fish at The Patio was heavenly, a real culinary delight! Plus, Downtown Deli & Eatery served up some killer sandwiches, perfect for a quick bite. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore local events as well.
This hotel was far from clean. Upon checking in, the hallway was filled with many discarded takeout containers. The beds featured hairs and unknown stains, and I was visited by roaches during the night. The staff was pleasant, but even they showed signs of needing more training.
